With fulfillment centers strategically placed around the world – in the US, Canada, Mexico, Latvia, Spain, Japan, Brazil, and Australia – your items will ship from the closest local facility. This means you’ll receive your order in record time through domestic shipping routes.
We deliver with: dpd, FedEx, DHL and Asienda and other local carriers.
Usually, it takes 2–5 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location. You can count on a seamless purchasing experience and your products arriving at your doorstep in the fastest possible timeframe.
Prices And Taxes
All prices shown on the website include VAT and shipping. The total price will be shown at the checkout once you have selected a means of delivery.
Please note that all necessary purchase taxes are included in the price. However, you (the buyer) is solely responsible for any import duty, import taxes or other incidental charges that may apply upon delivery.
Custom fees
Customs fees may be incurred for international shipments. Customs policies differ by country, and fees are usually based on factors such as weight, value, and size. For example, a shipment to Switzerland with a total value above CHF 63.00 (not including shipping costs) incurs customs fees.
We are not responsible for customs fees. You (the buyer) are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
Tracking Code
As soon as your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email with your tracking code.
Returns & Refunds
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for any reason. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at support@rebellionbeat.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the return address and instructions. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can make it right. In these cases, RebellionBeat covers all return shipping costs.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a new size or color is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. We do not charge any restocking fees.
